Juan Roa is a Houston-based engineer and entrepreneur with a proven track record in repositioning properties and delivering quality renovated housing to the market. As the co-founder of COL CAPITALS, LLC, he manages and oversees the company's acquisitions and business development, handling everything from initial property acquisition to renovation and sale.

With extensive experience in acquiring distressed properties, managing renovations, raising private capital, and single-family property management, Juan consistently delivers results for investment partners.

Juan's expertise extends to financial analysis, developing forecasts, and evaluating potential investments to guide strategic financial decisions. His broad network of trusted advisors, attorneys, brokers, investors, and accountants contributes to the continued success and growth of COL CAPITALS.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Juan received his BS degree from Texas A&M University in Civil Engineering and currently works as a Structural Engineer, specializing in commercial and residential projects.
